The 4*Hotel Le 12 offers 30 comfortable rooms, including 2 adapted for people with reduced mobility (PMR), served by a lift.

Although each room is unique, they all feature a strong element: the monumental stained glass window at the head of the bed, in a dominant red or blue colour, depending on the room.
True little cocoons, the rooms have been imagined and thought out down to the smallest detail by the architect Elsa Joseph, who designed each piece of furniture and decorative element.

Deluxe, Prestige or Junior Suite, the decoration of the different categories of rooms tells the story of a contemporary Paris, with a view of the Haussmannian architecture and the Eiffel Tower, which recall the history of the timeless city of light.

Each room is equipped with an open wardrobe with a minibar and a safe. The loft atmosphere continues in the bathrooms, where the black taps stand out against the luminous white tiles and in the walk-in showers.

To keep only the best of Paris, all the rooms are soundproofed.

But to feel the heartbeat of the city, some rooms invite you to dream on the balcony or terrace, comfortably installed in a garden lounge and in the company of the stars of the Parisian sky.
